How do I track my order?
When your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email through which you can track your order.
We remind you to monitor this link from which you can follow the path of your order and any problems of the courier in identifying your address. You can also check the status of the shipment at any time in the My Orders section, after logging in to your account.

How much does shipping cost?
For deliveries in Italy, the shipping cost is €3.90, and is free for all orders over the expected threshold. The cost is fixed and does not change based on the quantity of product shipped.
What is the delivery time for my online order by courier?
All orders will be processed the following business day. For all orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or holidays, shipping will be done on the first available business day. We also inform you that, in conjunction with particular events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), the processing of your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant care in respecting the established times.
I entered the wrong shipping address, how can I change it?
Our system does not currently support address changes. We suggest you contact our Customer Service with your order number and the correct address. We will notify the courier directly to request delivery to the address you provide us.
Who delivers my order?
For shipments within Italy, GLS will take charge of your delivery. In the shipping confirmation email, you will find a link to follow the path of your package.
In the rest of Europe, delivery may be handled by Fedex courier; in this case, you will also find all the details to track your order in the shipping confirmation email.
