Can I return items from two different orders in the same box?
Yes, you can use one box and the pre-printed return label. More information about the return process is available on the Returns page.

I lost my pre-printed return label. Can I get a new one?
If you no longer have your return label, please contact Customer Service at customercare@offwithnature.com.

Can I use a different courier for my return?
Yes, you may use a different courier from the one that delivered your package.
