Certified organic cotton is the best choice for the planet. All seeds used come from organic and certified crops. Seeds and crops are chosen directly by farmers.
100% RECYCLED FIBERS
More than half of the textile products distributed include plastic that we unknowingly “wear”. OWN uses 100% recycled and certified fibers.
Reducing the amount of water and saving energy resources allows to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 94%. Growing organic cotton minimizes water consumption, thanks to the implementation of the crop rotation production technique, which makes the soil more fertile and therefore less in need of water. Reducing water and energy consumption is the main objective of sustainability.
Zero pesticides, fertilizers, and chemical insecticides. In agriculture there are good and harmful insects. To maintain a 100% organic cultivation it is essential to create the right ecosystem to avoid chemicals. To do this it is important to grow specific plants capable of attracting "good" insects that can protect the plants and eliminate invaders.
People involved in the production chain work in a healthy and safe environment. To ensure this, we work with third-party companies to evaluate factors such as wages, working conditions, health and safety standards, working hours, and a safe working environment.
