How can I check the status of my order?
You can check your order status at any time in the Order History section after logging in to your account.
If you do not have an account on offwithnature.com, use the TRACK YOUR ORDER link in your order confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel an order?
If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can return your order free of charge.

My order is being held by the courier. How can I arrange delivery?
Please contact Customer Service and provide a complete or alternative delivery address.
Always include your order number and tracking number.
We will contact the courier and request that the shipment be released for delivery.

I have not received all the items I purchased. What should I do?
Please check whether you received a partial-shipment confirmation email explaining that an item in your order is no longer available. If so, you will be charged only for the items that were actually shipped.
For orders paid by credit card or PayPal, the updated amount may take some time to appear, depending on your bank.
If you have not received this email, please contact Customer Service and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I have a promotional or discount code. How can I use it online?
Enter the code in the Gift card or discount code field when completing your order.
Apply it before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order.
