How do I track my order?
Once your package is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Please monitor the link for delivery updates and any issues the courier may encounter when locating your address. If you have an account, you can also check the shipment status at any time in the My Orders section.

How long will courier delivery take?
Orders are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the following business day. During special events such as sales, Black Friday, or Cyber Monday, delivery may take slightly longer despite our efforts to meet the stated timeframes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?
Our system does not currently allow you to change the address directly. Please contact Customer Service with your order number and the correct address. We will notify the courier and request delivery to the updated address.

Who delivers my order?
Orders within Italy are delivered by GLS. Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link.
Deliveries elsewhere in Europe may be handled by FedEx. You will find all tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.
