How do I track my order?
Once your package is ready, it will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email where you can track your order.
Please remember to monitor this link, where you can track your order and any issues the courier may have with locating your address. You can also check the status of your shipment at any time in the My Orders section after logging into your account.

How long will it take for my online order to be delivered by courier?
All orders will be processed the following business day. All orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Please also note that during special events (Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc.), your order may be slightly delayed, despite our constant efforts to meet established deadlines.

I entered the wrong shipping address. How can I change it?
Our system does not currently support address changes. We recommend contacting our Customer Service team with your order number and correct address. We will notify the courier directly to arrange delivery to the address you provide.

Who delivers my order?
For shipments within Italy, GLS will handle your delivery. Your shipping confirmation email will include a link to track your package.
In the rest of Europe, delivery may be handled by Fedex courier. You'll also find all the tracking details for your order in your shipping confirmation email.
